Roasted Beet Salad

This beet salad is gourmet and beyond easy to make. Show-stopping and flavorful. 

We recommend serving this salad on a platter.

Transfer spinach to a platter or bowl then add remaining salad ingredients: sliced beets, goat cheese, candied pecans. Drizzle with avocado vinaigrette and serve.
