When you are in need for a quick and easy weeknight meal, pasta is always a good option. Arrabiata Pasta with Shrimp is delightfully easy and packed full of flavor.
What's in the box:
- 1x Wild Argentinian Shrimp (raw, peeled, deveined)
- 1x Arrabiata Gourmet Pasta Sauce
- 1x Penne Rigate
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking pasta liquid.
Heat the sauce in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Transfer the cooked pasta, raw shrimp with the reserved cooking liquid. Stir to coat the pasta and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
Check for seasoning and serve.
Suggested toppings: basil, parmesan, and additional chili flakes if you like it extra spicy.
