Our kitchen uses wheat and nuts in our cooking; we cannot guarantee a nut- or gluten-free zone in our dishes.

Curry Egg Salad Bites
Our famous Curry Egg Salad made with sweet Jamaican curry, raisins, celery and green onion. Served either deconstructed or topped on dippers.

Smoked Trout Platter
Milford Bay Smoked Trout Filet served with a chive cream cheese, capers, and sliced red onion with crackers or baguette.

LaLa’s Mini Veggie Burgers
Served with assorted toppings. This is a bun-less appetizer.

Cranberry Coleslaw Salad (GF, VG)
Coleslaw like you have never tasted. Loaded with dried cranberries, red onion, yellow peppers, tossed in a light vinaigrette. Creamy option available. Most of the time the cabbage comes from our farm.

Greek Pasta Salad
Orzo pasta with fresh tomato, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives and feta cheese tossed in our Greek vinaigrette

Mixed Green Salad (GF, VG)
Cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumber and our Maple Frosted Walnuts, served with Alina’s House Dressing

Quinoa, corn, edamame, black beans, roasted red pepper mixed with peppery greens and tossed a light seasonal vinaigrette

Mediterranean (GF, VG)
Our swing on a Greek Tabbouleh salad. Cumbers, tomato, green onions and olives tossed with parsley, mint and basil in a light greek dressing.

Traditional Potato (GF)
Gooey and great, just like mom used to make. Pieces of green onion, red pepper and Lyle’s dill pickles create a perfect crunch in this dijon mayo dressing.

Thai Mango (GF, VG)
Daikon radish, carrots, mango, peppers, red onions, cilantro in a spicy sweet search sauce.

Asian Bean (GF, VG)
An assortment of grated carrot and celery root, mixed beans, cucumber, sweet pepper with a light sesame dressing.

Minty Cucumber (GF, VG)
Sliced cucumber, red onions and mint tossed with a tangy light vinaigrette.

Honey Squash & Lentil Salad (GF, VG)
Roasted butternut squash, lentils, tomatoes, celery, zucchini and green onion in a spiced honey vinaigrette.

Our Heavy Greens Blend with butternut squash, sweet onion, dried figs, roasted red pepper, feta cheese, maple frosted walnuts and Alina’s House Dressing.

Heavy Greens ‘Grains’
Our Heavy Greens Blend with quinoa, grilled vegetables, tomato, feta cheese & sautéed mushroom.

Heavy Greens ‘Vegan’
Our Heavy Greens Blend with broccoli, toasted almonds, dried cranberry, sweet onion, roasted peppers in an avocado oil tarragon vinaigrette.

Incredibly flavoured and perfectly cooked. Choose from Butternut Squash & Sage, Spinach & Sundried Tomato and Basil, and Famous Mushroom.

Three Potato Scalloped Potato
A creamy blend of red, yukon and sweet potatoes topped with swiss and mozzarella cheeses. A favourite.


Shrimp Carbonara
Bowtie pasta, mushrooms, sweet peppers, shrimp and bacon served in a creamy white wine & garlic sauce. Shrimp can be omitted or substituted with chicken.

Fabulous Mac & Cheese
The best Macaroni & Cheese you have ever tasted, creamy with a hint of veggies.

Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna (GF available)
With layers of fresh grilled & roasted vegetables combined with a ricotta and spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Meat Lasagna (GF available)
Fresh pasta noodles with layers of our house-made meat sauce combined with a Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese mixture.


Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast
Stuffed with our Mediterranean Marinated Feta and Spinach, topped with our Red Puree and a Dijon Thyme Glaze.

Chicken Picatta in a Caper Lemon Cream Sauce
Chicken dipped in egg, pan fried, then drizzled with an outstanding caper lemon cream sauce.

Must-Have Crispy Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with our Must-Have Marinade, coated with Corn Flakes and baked.

Buttermilk Chicken Thunderbolts
Chicken breast pieces marinated in buttermilk and seasonings, dusted in our Gluten Free Flour Blend, quickly fried and then baked to a crispy texture. Served with our sweet Thunderbolt Sauce.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken (GF)
Pesto grilled chicken breast topped with roasted red pepper, caramelized onions, mushrooms and a swiss/mozzarella cheese blend.

Baked Salmon

Eggplant Extravaganza (GF, Vegetarian)
Layers of grilled eggplant, fresh tomato, caramelized onions, tomato sauce and a blend of cheeses. This fantastic dish is very light and like lasagna without the noodle.

Curry Baked Chicken (GF)
This boneless chicken breast is wonderfully tender and juicy, baked in our honey dijon curry sauce with coconut milk.

Curry Chicken & Vegetables (GF)
Light and slightly spicy, this curry has a smooth and sweet sensation and is loaded with cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, tomato and onions. Made with coconut milk.

Rustic Style Indian Curry (GF)
Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and onions make this chicken curry filling and fabulous. A more traditional flavour. Made with coconut milk.

BBQ Protein Option

Proteins will be BBQ’d on site by Farmer’s Daughter Chef.

Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Choose from Fresh Herbs, Chipotle Maple or Moroccan Spiced. Can also be made off site.

Marvelous Burger (GF)
Tender and full of flavour from the grilled vegetables, caramelized onion and amber beer mixed into the ground sirloin. Oatmeal is used instead of breadcrumbs as a binder.

Tender and full of flavour.

Stickylicious Ribs
Brined overnight then dry rubbed and basted with our Stickylicious BBQ sauce.

LaLa’s Veggie Burger
Probably the best veggie burger you have ever tasted. We suggest you order extra for leftovers.

Marinated Shrimp Skewers
Ginger Jalapeno -tender shrimp marinated with fresh ginger & spices, served with our Cilantro Curry Yogurt (3 skewers/person). May be a good side option.
